En Madrid, La Parrillada del embarcadero me gusta mucho!



Oggi voglio tornare a Madrid! Mi manca!
E’ per questo che ho deciso di dedicarle questo post.
La “Parrillada del embarcadero” è un ristorante perfetto per i pranzi domenicali madrileni: è all’aperto (come moltissimi ristoranti a Madrid), all’interno del parco “casa del campo” (un parco enoooormeee), su un laghetto e ultima cosa, ma non meno importante, si mangia davvero bene.Molto molto buona la carne (sua specialità)...tenerissima. La ordinate, vi arriva al tavolo cruda ma già tagliata e voi dovrete grigliarla direttamente su delle piastre che accompagnano il piatto. Forse poco chic ma di sicuro pratico...almeno scegliete voi il livello di cottura! ;)
Battute a parte, la carne è davvero buona. Noi avevamo ordinato il "lomo alto fileteado" (filetto di manzo) e il  "chuleton de buey fileteado" (ottima bistecca...io e Mister X la ordiniamo spessisimo a Madrid) ... saportitissimi e teneri.
Gli antipasti non sono da meno! Un pulpo a la gallega anche lui tenerissimo (si scioglieva in bocca...come il burro, ottimo) e i pimientos del padron (ve ne avevo già parlato, sono piccoli peperoni verdi soffritti in padella e accompagnati con il sale), tipicissimi in Spagna.
Le foto non rendono giustizia a questo ristorante .... penso siano le foto peggiori che io abbia fatto per Lov-Eat Blog....non so perchè ... saranno stati i troppi brindisi a base di cava (simil prosecco) e ottima birra! :)
vabbè, vuol dire che è una ottima scusa per tornarci!

Today I want to go back to Madrid ! I miss it !
It 's for this reason that I decided to dedicate this post.
The " Parrillada the embarcadero " is a perfect restaurant for Sunday lunch in Madrid; it is outdoors ( like many restaurants in Madrid), inside the park "casa del campo " ( a veryyyyy large park ), a pond and last, but not the least, you eat really well.
Very very good meat ( its specialty ) ... tender. You order and they take it to the table, raw but already cut and you will have to grill it directly on the plates that accompany the dish. Maybe not "chic" but practical for sure ... at least you choose the level of cooking ! ;)
Joking aside, the meat is really good. We ordered the "lomo  fileteado" (fillet of beef) and the "chuleton de buey fileteado"( great steak ... Mr. X and I very often order this in Madrid) ... very tasty and tender.
The starters are no les !" Pulpo a la Gallega" (octopus in Gallega style) is also too tender (it melted in your mouth ... like butter, excellent) and the "pimientos del padron" ( I had already told of them, they are small green peppers, fried in a pan with salt ), very typical in Spain .
The photos do not do justice to this restaurant .... I think the photos are the worst I've done for Lov - Eat Blog .... I do not know why ... maybe due to too many toasts with "cava" ( like prosecco wine) and great beer!
Oh well, it means it is a good excuse to go back there!
